To suggest a link for the links page, you must first be a registered user of the site.  this is a very simple and straightforward process and just involves you providing a username and password and your email address.  To register yourself just click here or click the Register Link on the home page. 

Once registered and logged in, you will see a menu link saying "Submit Web Link".  Click this and follow the instructions.
