In order to submit a news article you will need to become a registered editor of the site.  To register just click here or click the Register Link on the home page.

Once logged in you will see a "Submit News" link in the user menu.  This will allow you to enter your news article and submit it for inclusion in the site.

 News article may include both text and images. News content is entered via a WYSIWIG (What You See is What You Get) style editor, which also provides facilities for cutting and pasting content from MS Word.  The image button (which has a picture of a mountain on it!), allows you to upload images from your PC to the web site.  Please click the help button in the image pop-up window for more information about how to use this facility).  

News items will appear on the site as soon as approved by an administrator (this is a necessary precaution to avoid any unwelcome or inappropriate content appearing on the site).
