Welcome to All Saints' Church website!

All Saints' is an Anglican Church with a strong evangelical tradition serving the parish of Lindfield in the Diocese of Chichester in West Sussex.

Although we are a local church, we are also committed to supporting God's work further afield - through the Sussex Gospel Partnership and through our many Mission Partners who are involved in mission work in this country and across the world.

Our aim is to be a welcoming Christian community, embodying as well as proclaiming the gospel of God.Our belief as a church is grounded in the teaching of the Bible, the inspired Word of God. We joyfully acknowledge Jesus as our Saviour and try to follow him day-to-day as our Lord.

We are not a perfect church, but we are trying, by God's grace, to grow in faith, hope and love each day. Our aim, therefore, is to be a disciple-making church, building up and growing mature followers who will be his witnesses in the world.

Because All Saints' is a big church it is easy to feel a bit overwhelmed. Why not contact the Church Office to find our more about our welcome suppers - an opportunity to meet other newcomers and some old  "All Saints" hands over a relaxed meal. Click on Contact Information in the list to the left.

Pathfinders Spring 2008

<day> Thursdays
<time> 7.00-8.30pm
<place> The Tiger

Loads of stuff happens at Pathfinders on Thursdays!  We meet at the Tiger but we will venture out so check this carefully to make sure you are in the right place a the right time…
We usually start with some input from the Bible.  For the rest of the evening there is a choice of what to do — regular things like pool and table tennis, beads, dance mat, as well different activities each week.

<day> Sundays
<time> 9.45-10.40am
<place> The Vicarage

On Sundays Pathfinders leave the 9.30am service in church just before the adults’ talk.
We head over to the Vicarage to get stuck in to the Bible.
This term we will look at the claims that Jesus made and what those claims should mean in our lives.  Sunday Pathfinders will meet every week apart from when there is an all-age service (25 Feb, 18 Mar, 1 Apr, 8 Apr).

Encrypt Spring 2008

the deal...

Encrypt is for people who are between 14 and 18 years old. We get together a couple of times each week, once to look at the Bible, pray, worship together and chat about how we can follow Jesus better in our lives at school, college or work.

We also meet up on Fridays nights either at the Tiger for stuff like pool, table tennis or out and about for events like bowling (details inside).  Everyone aged 14-18 is welcome — you don’t have go to church, although loads of people in the group get along to a Sunday service either at 9.30am or 6.30pm.

FRIDAY NIGHTS

On Friday’s there is something on that you might want to join in with, but it’s pretty much a place to chill with your mates.  If you want to bring music, PS2, whatever, feel free, as long as it’s decent stuff.  There is usually a snack bar selling Fair Trade chocolate and cans of drink.

P.O.Ds

It would be great if we could have equal(ish) groups on Wednesdays and Thursdays, so please be as flexible as you can and sign up where there are spaces.

Sussex Gospel Partnership

Inspired by the various Gospel Partnerships that have been formed around the country in recent years, a group of Anglican and Free Church leaders from across Sussex began to meet in the Spring of 2006 to discuss the value of doing something similar in Sussex. In June 2006 there was unanimous agreement that such a Partnership should be formed and at the end of 2006, the Lindfield PCC unanimously decided that All Saints should become a member church. The Sussex Gospel Partnership was launched in March 2007.

What is Christianity Explored?

What is Christianity Explored?

ChristexplDeveloped over 10 years, Christianity Explored (much like the well known Alpha Course) is an informal course for people who'd like to investigate Christianity, or just brush up on the basics. It explores who Jesus was, what his aims were, and what it means to follow him.

You're not asked to pray, sing, or read aloud, and you can ask any question you like. Or, if you prefer, you can come along and simply listen.

Why not come along for the first couple of weeks and see what it's like! The introductory session is on Tuesday 30th October in the Tiger Lounge - phone our office to book a place on 014444 48 24 05

For more information regarding Christianity Explored, click here to view the official website for more information.
